Description: Two hundred ninety-four flat, well presented, flowers and fourteen buds on sixteen arching inflorescences on a very well grown, clean plant in a 13.0-cm high x 16.0-cm wide plastic pot; central growth of plant erect, 24.0-cm high, three side growth approximately 10.0 cm each, extent from base of plant at about 20 degrees spreading flowers around base; 13.0-cm long by 2.1-cm wide oblanceolate leaves; inflorescences will distributed on all growths; sepals and petals dark rose-purple; lip, white, midlobe dark rose-purple, 2.0-cm spur becoming dark rose-purple distally; column white, anther cap brown; substance firm; texture strongly crystalline, also received an 86 pt. Plant Name: Phalaenopsis Sweet Shadow ‘Phoenix Gold’ AM/AOS 82 pts. Parentage: (Phal. LD's Bear Queen x Phal. Sweet Trinity)
Description: Three flowers and two buds on one inflorescence; sepals and petals dark gold-yellow, blushed and barred light violet basally becoming light magenta proximally, veined light magenta distally, lateral sepals overlaid dark magenta on proximally on superior half and proximal 3/4ths on inferior half; lip dark gold-yellow, side lobes becoming white then magenta apically; column white blushed light magenta, anther cap dark magenta; substance very firm, texture matte; quite fragrant.
